Key Financial Terms

The metrics that drive every valuation on MRE.

TTM stands for Trailing Twelve Months — the total royalty income an asset has actually earned across the most recent 12 calendar months. It is the single most important input in valuing an established catalog.

ℹ Why it matters: TTM reflects real, audited cash flow — not projections — and forms the base for the Revenue × Multiple valuation model.
Valuation = TTM Revenue × Valuation Multiple
e.g. ₹50,00,000 × 4x = ₹2,00,00,000
⚠ Only catalogs with ≥12 months of distributor royalty statements qualify for the Established Track. Anything shorter must list on the Emerging Track.
